Planning/ Scheduling/ Budgeting/Monitoring and Control

We provide Full project life-cycle Project Management starting from the onset when a project is only a napkin sketch. We develop the project requirements, identify the stakeholders needs, and translate it to a project scope and execution plan that holistically covers all project aspects from feasibility and viability to product positing and marketing, to design and planning, to execution and commissioning. 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT 

Pre - Construction

We manage the architects and consultants to coordinate the designs and support the building permit approvals. We set the project execution metrics, goals and action plan and develop detailed budgets, timelines, risk quality and safety plans with value engineering approach. This includes the final designs, sample boards, specifications, design guidelines and preliminary budgets and timelines.

Permits

We manage the drawings and application process with the Architects until approvals and notice to proceed and construction Kick Off.

Site Servicing Agreements

This is a primary integral part of any development infrastructure. Our team can handle the interface with the city through the appointed planners and engineers in order to facilitate the design an implementation of domestic water, drainage, sewerage, gas and electricity. 

Tendering

We utilize our extensive suppliers network to achieve a cost competitive tendering process. Supplier selection criteria will be developed in accordance with the client's financial and quality objectives. 

Construction

This is the execution stage when we implement the entire project construction management plan starting from site preparation, earth works, excavation, building structure, building MEP systems, building envelope and interior finishes up till final inspection and handover. Our Team manages the assigned Trades, the site activities, while controlling and reporting on budgets, schedules, quality , safety procurement and financials.

Post - Construction

After substantial project completion, our team will assure all project close out documentation are compiled including PDI's, corrected deficiencies, applicable warranties, as built drawings and final financial reconciliation.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

For Client's that are not self performing, we are equipped to act as their general contractor to execute the entire project with our resources and Trades. Our GC services include but are not limited to hiring the Trades, Procuring the material and logistics, production of shop drawings and construction deliverables  as well as performing the entire physical construction through the entire project life cycle.
